How can I track my order?

Simple, when your order is shipped a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your address from  support@legoss.com with tracking number in it. Also, you can follow your order on our website by entering your tracking number in the box so you can stay updated in all time.

 

Why I can’t track my order on your website?

Kindly note that the tracking information will be available in 2-4 days as soon as we have your order being processed and shipped. Do not get panic, since it’s an international business; sometimes it takes longer Than you expected. Thanks to your kind understanding in advance!

 

How much does shipping cost?

If I ordered more than one item, will I receive them in one package?

We Work with different manufacturers and distributors; Sometime your items will be sent in separate packages and in a different time so don’t worry about that!

Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way! 

 

What about Customs and Taxes?

Kindly note that the Customs fees are not the responsibility of the Seller, once your items have shipped you may get customs fees when they arrive at your country and it depends on your country law. About taxes, maybe you will be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country and the customs office determines these charges. Customs and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
